At soplar care, we provide Complex care for people living with autism and
Dementia that results in complex behavioural issue. Our approach to
behaviour support focuses on how we can prevent the need for restrictive
practices and reduce the frequency and intensity of behaviours of concern. Our
well trained and experienced staff provide high levels of assistance and
support as well as help in daily living activities. Every service user complex
need differs that is why the training provided to our carers who are assigned to
provide complex care to a service user are specific and tailored towards the
service user complex needs.
